“Amusing, tuneful, naked distraction.”

Television being littered with men revealing what lies beneath these days what the four boys in this tuneful and often very funny musical revue end up disclosing comes as no great surprise, but the wait passes merrily enough as compere Maxi, played by Tish Weinman, is both stylish and ruthless and makes even the less risible lines funny. They are also the only person in the show with hair on their chest plus tattoos of which the boys are all notable unadorned. They are, however, a nicely contrasting foursome, sing passably, dance well – even in high heels – and, like Weinman, interact with the audience which is part of the fun. A couple of nights of the run will have the audience in the buff – fortunately not on press night. They have sold out, if that is your thing, although one must hope the audiences will be prettier than the press night one. Musically the show is in the safe hands of musical director Aaron Clingham and choreographer, and director Robbie O'Reilly has devised some sparkling routines. kept things bubbling along at the necessary speed, as well as all sorts of ways for the boys to take everything off but conceal what they have to reveal.  Max Rizzo is Luca, the one allegedly once weighing too much who has slimmed down spectacularly, Adam Norton is Phil, the one bullied at school and full of doubts about baring all, Liam Bradbury is Richard, the one allegedly tormented for having big ears when younger, and Rowan Armitt-Brewster is Dan, the sardonic one up for anything. They get some sexy underwear by Addicted to take off and do as they are told by Maxi with a will and, dare one say it, a willie.
