The Mugensha Theatre Company presents
[ Madmen in the Courtyard ]

An original piece of work from Japan inspired by Franz Kafka's
"The Knock at the Manor Gate"

7th - 21st October 2006
Theatro Technis, Camden Town

It is modern Japan not too long ago.
Writers in a slump and having trouble making ends meet
have pawned themselves as products.

In the courtyard of this pawn shop an absurd battle of creativity
unfolds amongst the writers struggling to make their ultimate masterpiece.

In this courtyard emotion swirls around
In this courtyard the stench of death is adrift
In this courtyard the madmen live

Don't miss the theatrics of these madmen and their acts of staggering lunacy!
Something is going to change - no - Everything -- will be changed forever!
